Product information

We do our utmost to display all products as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

Orders

After you have placed an order for your new items, you will receive a confirmation by email. House of Corton reserves the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or incorrect data.

Prices and payments

All prices on the website are shown in euros including VAT.
Payments are made through the payment methods available in the webshop.

Shipping and delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days.
Delays do not entitle you to compensation.

Return policy

We hope you are happy with your new outfit! Not entirely satisfied? In that case, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt.

Return conditions

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Labels and tags must still be attached to the item.
Items with make-up stains, perfume or smoke odors, or visible signs of use cannot be returned.
For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Return period

Return requests must be registered within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return costs

The cost of returning items is at your own expense, unless the product was delivered incorrectly.

Refund policy

Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive a confirmation by email. The purchase amount will be refunded within 5-10 working days via the same payment method you used to pay.

Any shipping costs from the original order will not be refunded, unless legally required.
